Company Advantage

Vicshoes offers a comprehensive solution for companies looking to manufacture OEM footwear. Our services encompass the entire process, starting from the creation of out-sole molds to material selection, sample development, OEM shoe production, custom packaging, quality control, and shipment. This all-inclusive service caters to companies seeking to outsource their shoe manufacturing needs with a focus on maintaining superior quality and customization based on their specific requirements.

Out-sole Molds Creation:

The outsole molds creation begins with the customer providing their outsole design, then Vicshoes creates 2D sketches including details such as the shape, dimensions, and specific features of the outsole.

A wooden shape, also referred to as a prototype or blueprint, is formed based on the agreed-upon blueprint. Plastic or plaster is often utilized during this phase as it is relatively malleable and can be easily adjusted. The wooden shape serves as a tangible representation of the sole design. It is then presented to the client for their approval. The client has the opportunity to inspect the physical prototype in order to ensure that it meets their design expectations. Any necessary modifications can be made to the wooden shape at this stage.

Once the wood mold is approved, it serves as the basis for creating a more durable and precise metal mold. Metal molds are typically made from materials like copper or steel. These molds are used in the actual production process and can withstand the pressures and temperatures involved.

Adjustments may be made to fine-tune the mold and address any issues that arise during testing. With approved metal mold, mass production of outsoles can begin. The mold is used in conjunction with the chosen outsole material to shape and form the final outsole.

Material Selection:

Vicshoes helps in selecting the materials for various components of the shoes, including the upper, lining, insole, and outsole. This involves considering factors such as durability, comfort, and style.
